When designing TIP Connect, I focused on two core strategic pillars:

  • UX Strategy – Ensuring patients had easy access to vital information by streamlining forms, resources, and FAQs into a centralized, intuitive platform. I identified pain points, simplified navigation, and prioritized accessibility to enhance engagement.

  • Business Strategy – By optimizing internal workflows and integrating a more efficient system, I helped reduce team bandwidth constraints while improving the patient experience. The strategic shift towards a self-service model empowered users and improved operational efficiency.
